This article discusses self-love. What is self-love? And how we find it in a society that conditions us into thinking that material possessions, relationships, and social status validate our self-worth.
YOU DON'T NEED ANYTHING TO VALIDATE YOUR EXISTENCE.
YOUR SPIRIT DOES NOT NEED MONEY, CARS, CLOTHES, OR SOCIAL STATUS TO BE FULFILLED.
SO WHY DO WE CARE ABOUT WHAT GOES ON IN OUR PHYSICAL WORLD? DOES IT NOT MATTER?
But often times, we let the ego (the illusion of self) dictate who we are, when we should be expressing the infinite amount of love from spirit to ourselves and others.
THIS EXPRESSION OF LOVE IS WHAT CREATES LOVE IN OUR LIVES.
Self-love requires expression, because we are made of love energy (love consciousness).
So expressions of love are manifestations of self.
Our challenge here on this physical plane is to stay mindful of our spiritual being amidst the distractions created by the collective ego consciousness that conditions the mind.
Remember that the ego is just an illusion (as all manifestations are).
Manifestations are just physical representations of spiritual energy. So they are unable to fully capture the true essence of spirit.
This is why expressions of love must continue to grow and evolve throughout our human experience.
AS OUR EXPRESSIONS OF LOVE GROW, SO DO WE.
And as we grow, the more aligned we are with our true spiritual essence.
Therefore, we must recognize that self-love is not a state, but a process that is only maintained by being mindful of our pursuit of self.
When we pursue the manifestation of our infinite spiritual potential, self-love is a natural by product.
Self-love is accepting ease in your life.
Self-love is gratitude.
Self-love is surrender to the spirit.
Self-love is remembering who you are.
Express your true being by allowing love to flow through you and to you at all times.
